I. Personal Data Collection Methods

We collect the following personal data about you through a variety of methods, including but not limited to:

Directly from you. You may directly provide us personal data in person, on the phone (such as when you contribute data through Agent Call Sessions), or through the Websites (such as through form fields, when you e-sign a document, email us) for us to provide our Services or for us to respond to your requests.

Passively Through the Websites. We may receive personal data passively through the use of various technologies on the Websites, such as cookies, embedded scripts, JavaScript or other tags, or other methods. We use various types of cookies, such as: (i) essential cookies, which are required for website functionality; and (ii) functional cookies, which help facilitate our website’s performance and functionality, such as site optimization or custom content. Some features of the Websites may not function if you do not allow cookies.

From third parties. As part of providing the Services and assigning Agent Call Sessions to Members, we may receive personal data from third parties, including third party platform providers we work with to facilitate the management of LifeTrade Onboarders and Members.

II. Personal Data We Collect and How We Use Personal Data

Data we collect directly from you:

Registration & Identity Verification Data. We collect personal data related to your registration, such as name, email address, address, government and tax identifiers, payment and billing information (ex. Venmo name), demographic data, educational background, as well as other types of data which may be necessary to carry out our business. We use this personal data for various purposes, such as to review potential fit for Agent Call Sessions, process payments, and as otherwise needed to operate our business. For example, we may collect name, resume, and demographic information to assign you to participate in Agent Call Sessions.

Data From Agent Call Sessions. We may collect and record personal data through the Services, such as information Members provide during Agent Call Sessions to LifeTrade Onboarders or to the LifeTrade Agent. For example, if you converse with a Trainer or our LifeTrade Agent through voice audio during a project assignment, then your voice and any information you share (“Session Content”) may be considered personal data, biometric data, or sensitive data in your jurisdiction. All Session Content you share may also be subject to additional terms you agree to upon registration, at the start of a phone call, or at another time. We will use Session Content, including any personal data within, to further the development, creation, and improvement of proprietary AI and large language models as well as share such data with our customers for such purposes, including general product improvement and as described below. LifeTrade is not designed to request health or other sensitive data and it is up to you as a Member to determine what data to share as part of Session Content.

Biometric and Voice Data. When you participate in Agent Call Sessions, we collect and process Biometric Data, which includes voice recordings, voiceprints, voice embeddings, voice signatures, and other data derived from your voice that can be used to identify you or that may be considered biometric identifiers or biometric information under applicable state laws (including Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act, Colorado’s Privacy Act biometric provisions, Texas’ Capture or Use of Biometric Identifiers Act, and Washington’s biometric privacy law).

By registering for our Services and participating in Agent Call Sessions, you provide your informed, written consent (including electronic consent) to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your Biometric Data for the following purposes: AI training and model development, quality assurance, fraud prevention, security, research and development, and licensing to AI Lab customers for AI model training and improvement. We use Biometric Data to create high-quality training datasets for artificial intelligence and large language models. We license Session Content, including Biometric Data, to AI labs and technology companies for training, developing, evaluating, and improving AI systems. This data will not be used by us or our customers for the purpose of uniquely identifying you in commercial biometric identification, surveillance, or authentication systems.

State-Specific Biometric Rights: If you are a resident of Illinois, Colorado, Texas, or Washington, you have specific rights regarding Biometric Data:

  • Illinois residents (BIPA): You have the right to be informed about our collection, use, and retention of your voiceprint and biometric data before we collect it. We will not sell, lease, or trade your biometric data to third parties (we license data to customers for AI training purposes only). You may request disclosure of what biometric data we have collected, how it is stored, and with whom it has been shared. You have the right to request deletion at any time.
  • Colorado residents: Under Colorado’s Privacy Act biometric provisions, you have the right to opt out of the processing of your biometric data at any time. We obtain your consent before collecting biometric data and may request refreshed consent periodically as required by Colorado law.
  • Texas residents: Under Texas’ Capture or Use of Biometric Identifiers Act (CUBI) as amended in 2025, biometric data collected for AI training purposes that are not used for uniquely identifying specific individuals may be subject to certain exemptions. We license your voice data to AI Labs for AI model training and improvement, not for biometric identification systems. However, we obtain your written consent to ensure compliance across all states.
  • Washington residents: You have the right to notice and consent before we collect voiceprints or voice embeddings derived from your voice recordings.

You may withdraw your consent to our collection and use of Biometric Data at any time by contacting us at

hello@lifetrade.com

Upon withdrawal, we will cease collecting new Biometric Data and will delete your identifiable Biometric Data in accordance with our retention schedule, except where retention is required by law.

Non-Personal Data. We may also collect data that is not considered personal data under law, such as demographic data (for example, age, gender, geographic location, or other similar information) throughout our provision of the Services and the Website. This non-personal data may be combined with personal data about you and used to personalize your experience, analyze trends, or as we otherwise determine for our legitimate business needs.

Some of these service providers and third parties may be subject to various laws and regulations requiring them to further share your personal data downstream to third parties or government entities for various reasons, such as to provide their services or comply with laws.

Legally Required & Safety. We may share your personal data as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or as we determine is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of you, us, or others, such as to investigate fraud, enforce our terms, respond to government requests, or for other legal purposes, including pursuing legal remedies.

We may transfer your personal data to other countries, including ones with less stringent privacy laws than in your country. When you share your personal data with us, you agree to allow us to transfer your personal data to service providers and third parties and understand these entities will process and store your personal data in different countries for the operation of our business and provision of our Services.

IV. Our Security and Data Retention Practices

We undertake reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. Please be aware we cannot guarantee hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your personal data.

Data Retention and Deletion Schedule:

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We maintain the following retention schedule:

Raw Voice Recordings: We retain identifiable raw voice recordings for up to one hundred eighty (180) days after collection for quality assurance, fraud prevention, customer re-processing requests, technical validation, and project delivery to AI Lab customers. After this period, we either: (i) convert recordings to de-identified voice training datasets and permanently delete the raw audio files, or (ii) permanently delete the raw recordings if they are no longer needed for active AI training projects.

Derived Voiceprints and Voice Embeddings: We retain de-identified voiceprints, voice embeddings, and voice-related training datasets for up to three (3) years from your last interaction with us, or until the purpose for which they were collected has been satisfied, whichever occurs first.

Registration and Account Data: We retain Member registration, identity verification, and account information for the duration of your active membership and for up to three (3) years after account termination or your last interaction with us, except where longer retention is required by law (such as for tax, audit, or fraud prevention purposes).

Permanent Deletion: After the applicable retention period, we permanently delete or irreversibly de-identify your personal data, including Biometric Data, using industry-standard data destruction methods. If we are unable for technical reasons to delete data entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further processing or use of that data.

Early Deletion Upon Request: If you withdraw consent or request deletion before the standard retention period, we will delete your identifiable Biometric Data and other personal data within thirty (30) days of your verified request, except where retention is required by applicable law, to complete transactions you requested, or to protect against fraud and security issues.
