We pay our members $20 an hour, by the minute, as a clear commitment to fair wages in a field that has too often depended on low-paid, largely invisible annotation work. Using the mobile phone as our primary platform makes it easy for members to participate from their real lives—while also giving us a secure way to verify and protect who’s on the line.
Our backgrounds span founding companies, building products, running research, and communicating hard ideas clearly. What unites us is a belief in collaboration: with frontier AI labs, with the AI safety research community, and with the members whose lived experience should shape how tomorrow’s systems see the world.
